One of three corporate groups within KEO, the organization is highly regarded for their technical expertise in the design and management of large complex projects from master planning, design, through to project and construction management.

• This division, which began over 30 years ago developed and expanded rapidly into many areas of civil engineering. Today, the group is working on many of the largest civil engineering projects in the region and beyond.  It has vast experience in the Middle East, Africa, Iran, and Eastern Europe.
