Joao Sales is a qualified Civil Engineer with 16 years of international design and management experience in the Middle East and Europe.

With a background in bridge design, he joined KEO in 2011 as a Project Manager in our Infrastruture Division and has was promoted to his present position in 2018.

 

In his current role as Operations Principal, Joao is responsible for the divisional operations and project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of processes to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery. He oversees the divisional projects portfolio, with the objective of ensuring that its objectives are met and that each project is successfully delivered.

 

Joao was based in our Abu Dhabi office until 2020, when he setup our KEO office in Portugal, acting as the Branch Manager.
