KEO Wins Big at Regional LinkedIn Talent Awards

KEO International Consultants, a regional powerhouse in Architecture, Engineering, Project and Construction Management and Infrastructure has been acknowledged by LinkedIn MENA as a TOP 5 Best Employer Brand, as well as Best Talent Acquisition Team for Kuwait and Top Social Recruiter for Kuwait.


KEO’s Human Resources Division attended an event held on Thursday, 4th October at the Palazzo Versace Hotel, Dubai. KEO attended as a shortlisted candidate along with many other regional companies who have been acknowledged as the best performing talent management teams, recruitment specialists, and Human Resources specialists.


On the evening, KEO won Best Talent Acquisition Team (Kuwait) and came in the Top 5 for Best Employer Brand and KEO’s Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, Rachel Murphy, also clinched the award for Top Social Recruiter (Kuwait). All three awards were called out by the judges as showing the firms deep commitment to finding and retaining the regions best talent.


Speaking about the award, Donna Sultan, KEO’s President and CEO stated, “These incredible wins continue KEO’s tradition of excellence at the LinkedIn MENA Talent Awards. Our talent management is some of the best anywhere, and we take great pride in celebrating our people. These awards are recognition to KEO’s very talented Human Resources professionals”


The Talent Awards started in 2015, and at that event, KEO was awarded the top prize in the Best Talent Acquisition Team category and ranked 12th among the Top 50 Most in Demand Employers (2015), Top 5 Finalist in the Best Talent Acquisition Team category and a Top 20 Finalist in the Best Employer Brand category (2016). 


Ann de Villiers, Vice President Human Resources attended the gala ceremony held at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai together with Jillian Geddes, Talent Acquisition Manager, Emily Andersen, Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, Rachel Murphy, Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, and Ryan Catani, Senior Talent Acquisition Associate.



The event was graced under the auspices of Her Excellency, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development. Other dignitaries included Dr. Hayat Sindi, one of the world’s leading biotechnologists and Senior Advisor to the Islamic Development Bank’s President for Science, Technology and Innovation, and Ali Matar, Head of LinkedIn MENA.
