KEO Portugal recently participated in the Porto University Engineering Faculty's (FEUP) unique job fair, ADATO - Another Day At The Office. This event ditches the ties and stands for a more casual and engaging networking experience. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with talented students and share insights about our values and opportunities.
Unlike traditional job fairs, ADATO offered a refreshing approach with "no ties, no stands, and no complications." KEO seized the opportunity to engage with students in a more informal and dynamic setting, fostering meaningful connections and conversations.
Our participation included:
Flash Interviews: Informal 10-minute sessions where selected CVs were discussed, allowing for open dialogue between companies and students.
Pitching in Diamond: A roundtable discussion where Diamond sponsors addressed questions, providing deeper insights into company values and goals.
Individual Pitch: Each company, including KEO Portugal, had 5 minutes to present their history, core business, and values, setting the stage for networking.
Representing KEO Portugal were Liliana Silva (HR), Luísa Santos (FEUP alumni), Leonardo Pires (FEUP graduate and success story), and Ana Loza (Sustainability & Environment).
